Family of 13-year-old struck by car demands action at Bakersfield intersection
It has been less than a week since 13-year-old Jeremiah Villalobos was tragically struck by a car while riding his bike near the intersection of Columbus and Loyola Streets. Eyewitness News has now learned that this intersection falls under city jurisdiction not county.
